JEWELRY STORES IN THE 1970s
Celebrating Jewelry. The call for a simpler life and the sociocultural influences of the hippie and punk movements led to a decline in production in the jewelry industry during the 1970s.
The jewelry store is a simple shop characterized by reassuring walnut furniture and a lack of display layouts. Everything revolves around the owner’s sales strategies and skills. In the collective imagination of the time, jewelry was not an accessory, but simply a safe-haven asset.

THE FIRST COLLABORATIONS
Jewelry becomes a form of creation and specialization. Fabio Antonuzzi’s creative and entrepreneurial rise began in the late 1980s thanks to numerous collaborations with small jewelry shops in Brescia. From the very beginning, the designer’s creations have been innovative, characterized by minimalist lines inspired by home design.
The attention to detail is meticulous; everything is carefully crafted to impress and boost sales. This is just the beginning of a success story that’s bound to unfold.

FABIO ANTONUZZI IN THE 1990s
Fabio Antonuzzi is captivated by the jewel.
In the 1990s, the power of imagery and increasingly targeted and sophisticated advertising radically transformed society and lifestyles. These were the years of the cult of self, and Fabio Antonuzzi recognized the importance of jewelry brands developing a distinct stylistic identity.
Thus began the search for the perfect, sophisticated, and unique exhibition space—one capable of elevating jewelry to a top spot on people’s wish lists.
Fabio Antonuzzi began his creative journey in the world of jewelry and watchmaking. Alongside his brother, he embarked on a multi-year journey in this field, where he gained significant experience in meeting the specific display and functional requirements of spaces housing jewelry and watches across different market segments.
It listens to and interprets the ideas of those who spend their daily lives in these spaces and, over the course of a decade, has gradually proposed a reinterpretation of the design style, contributing to a significant evolution in the emotional dynamics associated with meaningful moments experienced in the jewelry store.
